Refund policy

Our sabers come with a 365-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Repairs, returns, and refunds are only offered for quality control issues within the 365-day warranty period.

Returns are not offered for buyer's remorse, our sabers are made to order and are therefore final sale.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

During this period, Saber Council will repair or replace any saber found to have defects in materials or workmanship. However, certain components are designed to naturally wear out with use—such as blades during combat or rechargeable batteries over time. Damage from dueling is not covered, and normal wear and tear is to be expected.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on gift card purchases under any circumstances.

Orders containing giveaway items are NOT eligible for return. This includes free sabers offered in sales/promotions. However, these sabers are still covered under warranty should they arrive faulty.
