🛡️ Is this saber durable and duel-ready?

Yes! All of our sabers are built for full-contact dueling, unless otherwise stated. Some models (like skinny-neck hilts) may be more fragile and should be used with care.

⚙️ What’s the difference between RGB, Pixel, and Proffie electronics?

RGB Baselit: Think of it like a flashlight shining into a hollow blade. The LED is inside the hilt, not the blade itself. It's durable, affordable, and perfect for heavy dueling — but lacks the advanced lighting effects of pixel models.

Best choice for: dueling, first-time saber buyers, smaller budgets.

Pixel (SNV4, SN, Xeno): The blade is packed with LEDs from top to bottom, creating vibrant colors, slow movie-like ignitions, and realistic effects. It’s ideal for collectors and fans who want maximum visual impact and responsiveness.

Best choice for: Cosplay, collectors, and fans who want immersive visual effects.

Proffie 2.2 (Advanced Pixel): Uses the same blade tech as Pixel, but with a Proffie soundboard that allows for full customization via coding — including blade animations, sound profiles, ignition styles, and gesture controls.

Best choice for: Experienced saber users, tinkerers, and those who want total control over their saber’s look and feel. Not recommended for those who are new to the hobby.

🎨 Can I change blade colors and sound effects?

Yes! Every saber comes with multiple color options and sound fonts preloaded. You can cycle through them using the button and motion controls. For a full breakdown, please scroll down to the attached features table.

🔋 How do I charge the saber?

All sabers include a built-in rechargeable battery and charging cable (typically USB-C). Avoid overcharging and always use the provided charger.

📦 What’s included in the box?

• Saber Hilt.
• Saber Blade (selected length).
• Charging cable.
• Toolkit with hex wrench, retention screws, and any spare parts.
• Instruction manual.
• Some Proffie and PIxel Replica Sabers may include extra accessories like display stands and blade plugs.

We stand by the quality of every saber we ship. That’s why all products include a 365-Day Warranty from the date of delivery.

✅ What’s Covered:

• Damage on Arrival: Report within 5 days of delivery.
• Soundboard Failure: After following our user guide.
• Manufacturer Defects: Any issues outside normal industry tolerances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

❌ What’s Not Covered:

• Dueling Damage: Strikes or impacts from combat, especially on thin-neck hilts (ex. Luke, Obi).
• Abuse or Mishandling: Including drops, exposure to water, or improper storage.
• Improper Operation: Using incorrect chargers or disassembly without guidance.
• Resale Items: Warranty only applies to original purchases made from Saber Council, and does not include secondary markets.

Unauthorized repairs or tampering may void your warranty.

Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake or need to cancel it before it has shipped, please contact us immediately.

We may only be able to do this within a 24-48 hour window before your saber enters production.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for quality control issues covered under our 365-day warranty. We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Must be related to defects or manufacturing issues.
• Must be reported within the 365-warranty period.

To start a return, contact us at support@sabercouncil.com with photos or a brief description of the issue.

If approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions or guidance on how to repair the issue.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

• Gift Cards.
• Giveaway items
  (e.g., free sabers included in promotions or bundles).
  Note: Giveaway sabers are still covered under warranty if defective on arrival.
• Any items returned due to buyer's remorse.

If you insist on returning a product for reasons outside of quality-control issues, the return must be sent to our factory in China at your own expense (including freight and customs duties). After inspection, a refund will be issued for the remaining value.

💬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 5 days so we can evaluate and make it right.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• You may be responsible for shipping and customs fees on returned items.
• Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
• Damage from dueling or normal wear and tear (e.g., blade scuffs, battery degradation) is not covered.

💸 Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If a product is labeled Backorder or Preorder, it means the item is currently out of stock but guaranteed to ship as soon as it's restocked.

BACK-ORDER: The product is temporarily sold out and will ship shortly after restock.

PRE-ORDER: The item is part of an upcoming release and will ship once production is complete.

You can still place your order now to reserve a pre-order or back-order item. It will be fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available.

Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and backorder items will be shipped together once all items are in-stock. If you do not wish to wait, then consider placing separate orders for in-stock and pre/back-order items.
